About Pastor’s Pulse
Bruce Floren's journey of faith deepened at age forty, when a renewed commitment to Christ led him into years of study, prayer, and theological exploration.
He earned both his Bachelor’s in Christian Ministries and his Master of Theological Studies (Cum Laude) from Bethel University, where he studied under respected scholars including Dr. Jeannine K. Brown.
Today, Bruce serves as the Spiritual Care Coordinator at MaryT Hospice in Coon Rapids, Minnesota. His ministry includes leading a congregation at Margaret Place and offering spiritual support to individuals and families across several assisted-living communities.
His writing grows out of this lived ministry—walking with people through transformation, hope, and the search for spiritual wholeness.
Blog to be updated every Tuesday by 11:59 pm. I follow the lectionary for the coming week to generate thoughts. Tabbed virtues will be updated periodically. Ideas are drawn from Bruce Floren’s forthcoming Eternal Springs (MSI Press, 2026) and used under contractual rights.
